As Student Services Officer you will be working on the front Welcome Desk (reception) as part of a friendly and busy people focused team. You will be responsible for effectively coordinating all aspects of our student facing frontline across the Student Services remit and assisting students with enquiry, and providing assistance and support across the following categories;
- Accommodation
- Student engagement
- Communications for current students
- Support for process development
- Support for strategic initiatives
Working as part of a small team as well as possessing the ability and willingness to multi-task is important, as is the desire to deliver a high standard of service to all our stakeholders while working to continually enhance the student experience for UWA College students.
UWA College is The University of Western Australia’s new pathway college.
