The Campus:

The Position:
We have an opportunity for a Student Support Officer to join our amazing Northam team on a full-time fixed term 12-month contract commencing Week 5, Term 2 2024.
Commencing Term 1, 2024 this position will be responsible for running interventions for students, planning programs for the students with need, writing Individual Education Plans, providing program support to teaching staff, and coordinating our Teaching Aides in our primary department from Years 3 to 6.
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally have a Certificate IV in Education Support (with previous experience desirable), or Certificate III in Education Support with recent relevant experience. You will be skilled in working one-on-one with a student with a disability to enable full participation in classroom and education activities, liaising efficiently with classroom teachers and campus learning support teachers, and maintaining accurate learning records. A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required for this role.
