Your position
As a Receptionist / Administrator / Service Advisor on our team, you will assist our technicians with the day to day smooth running of the front counter, ensuring our customers have the best experience possible while keeping on top of the daily paperwork. You will also assist our managers with various administration and bookkeeping tasks.
As a Mechanic / Auto Electrician on our team, you will be able to work on a variety of vehicles from light vehicles, show cars, 4WD, buses, trucks, and large earthmoving equipment. We offer a mobile breakdown van for auto electrical and air conditioning work so you will also get the chance to get out and about. We complete diagnosis, repairs, servicing, major installs, upgrades, 4WD upgrades & accessories, there is hardly anything we don't see in our workshop, so you will be challenged regularly. You won't be pigeon-holed into just one type of vehicle or repetitive work, you will see a great variety come through. A Queensland Transport inspection certificate, Air Conditioning licence will all be looked upon favourably.
The hours are 8:00am to 4:06pm (standard 38 hour week), extra hours may be required during busy periods.
As our new team member, ideally you will already have the following:-
- Experience in the Automotive Industry
- Relevant administration qualifications (or nearing completion)
- Genuine interest in great customer service.
- Proven, advanced bookkeeping skills.
- Pride in your work & attention to detail.
- Produce consistent, high-quality work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Motivated team player with a great attitude.
- Ability to work safely & unsupervised
