What is VET at UNDA?
The University of Notre Dame Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and offers a number of Vocational Education and Training courses (VET) at its Broome, Fremantle and Sydney Campus’s including Education and Nursing. Vocational Education Training (VET) at Notre Dame is dedicated to providing exceptional outcomes to students and industry partners. We aim to be the conduit to Higher Education by providing the platform to help all students succeed in education and work, to make a career change or as a pathway into higher education through the UNDA registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the VET team in all aspects of administrative processes and procedures and achieve a high standard of client service.
- Create and maintain student files in accordance with ASQA Compliance Guidelines.
- Audit student files with 100% accuracy at completion and cancellation.
- Resolve administrative problems and address any issues that imped effective student progression and outcomes, such as certification.
- Maintain all registers and reports to ensure records of programs, course delivery and course progression are all accurately and professionally documented.
- Maintain student records and course delivery systems in the administration of the Student Life Cycle within all VET Programs.
ABOUT YOU
- Hold a Degree qualification with relevant experience or education/training experience.
- Demonstrated administrative capability with previous experience within the Vocational Education and Training sector, particularly a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- Advanced computer skills operating MS Office applications and student management systems and the ability to learn and implement new systems.
- Accomplished success in the delivery of student service.
- Proficient interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated drive, self-motivation, and flexibility in responding to changing work priorities.
