The Role:
We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Studio Manager to be the vibrant face of our studio. This new exciting space is set to open its doors in April so this role is crucial, involving not just the oversight of daily operations but also the leadership and mentorship of our team, including Front of House (FOH) staff and coaches. You'll be instrumental in ensuring studio growth, enhancing brand awareness, and achieving unparalleled member satisfaction. Candidates must possess strength and conditioning qualifications, showcasing a deep understanding of fitness principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring excellence in member experiences.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, including FOH staff and fitness coaches, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive brand awareness and studio growth through innovative strategies, community engagement, and exceptional service.
- Ensure all staff members are aligned with the studio’s values and service standards, providing training and development opportunities.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service across all areas of the studio.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory, and member relations, with a keen eye on operational efficiency.
- Foster strong community ties and represent the studio in various fitness and local events to enhance visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Strength and conditioning qualifications, with a solid foundation in fitness and wellness principles.
- Proven experience in managing both FOH staff and fitness coaches in a gym or fitness studio environment.
- Demonstrable success in building brand awareness and driving business growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing a positive and productive team environment.
