About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Studio Manager / Marketing Admin role at REVL Ashmore
Reporting to the Studio Owner
Approximately 38 hours per week.
Skills Required:
Experience/Knowledge:
- Experienced with managing and growing a fitness community and membership.
- Sales acumen.
- Experience as a team member.
- A sound understanding of basic principles and practices relevant to member service.
- An understanding of basic financial principles and practices relevant to managing a small business.
Personal Abilities/Attributes/Skills:
- High level of energy, passion and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Enthusiasm for REVL Training, our products and our members
- Preparedness to work hard to progress
- Sound business sense and leaderships skills
- Genuine team player focus
- Ability to implement strategic plans designed to grow a business
- Strong communication skills
- Consultative approach to interaction with colleagues
- Demonstrate a resilient approach and attitude
- Computer/POS literacy specifically in Hapana (desired but not required)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Certificate III in Fitness
- Completion of all REVL education and training
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- National Police Record Check
- Sound command of English and mathematics
