Client Services Manager & Studio Coordinator

Our client are a leading Marketing Floor Plan company bringing expertise and design initiative to the Architectural industry. They have a huge client base across different industries, many within Property, Development & Real Estate.  

This role is responsible for providing their clients with a desiccated point of contact to not only deliver efficient, intelligent and elegant customer service but build genuine and lasting relationships.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities of this Role?

• Managing and Capturing New Bookings & Calendar Management
• Researching Properties for resources, estimated time onsite and client preferences.
• Creation, checking and sending of all Invoices.
• Client Communication, Sales & Advocacy - Managing Studio, phone, email & live chat
• Updating systems with accurate & relevant client information
• Quality Assurance & Operational Assistance -Assisting with Floor Plan changes when possible, Expediting checks to package, Delivering of completed Floor Plans

• You can effectively multitask whilst knowing when something requires your full attention.   
• You must have stability, strong Administration and Client Service experience and be a team player! 
• Customer Service or Operational Background is highly regraded
