Studio / Office Manager

Position Overview: 

As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hair loss and restoration studio. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office support, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for helping others regain their confidence through transformative treatments. No experience in hair loss required - we will give you all of the training you need to succeed! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
• Ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and care throughout their experience at the studio.
• Feel comfortable engaging in emotional conversations to ensure clients feel supported and comfortable
• Manage the supply of hair for studio clients, male and female
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
• Collaborate with hair restoration stylists to implement the best service plans/memberships for clients 
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Reporting and analysis for various areas of the business
• Provide administrative support to finance department
• Manage the critical path of all purchase orders
• Manage outgoing custom shipments
• Maintain CRM software and make notes as required
• Ability to learn quickly and develop a deep understanding of products and services available

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hair care industry, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience with inventory management/procurement would be highly beneficial
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of hair loss treatments, restoration techniques, and related products are a bonus!
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client information.
• Passion for helping clients regain their confidence and improve their quality of life through transformative treatments.
