We are looking for a highly organized candidate with prior administration experience and strong communication skills. Experience in the field of lighting would be highly advantageous.

As a design-focused practice, ADesignStudio collaborates with lighting designers, architects, and interior designers to create customizations within our product range for larger projects. Our studio also distributes internationally.
The Opportunity:
We are offering a full-time permanent opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills. While having experience in lighting would be preferred, it is not a requirement for the right candidate. We are seeking a collaborative team member who can pitch in and help in other areas of the company if needed. The Role:
In this role, you will be engaging with a range of clients, including distributors, wholesalers, contractors, builders, engineers, architects, designers, and end-users. You will be responsible for providing effective solutions to clients and working with the team to meet our customers’ needs, wants, and expectations. This includes ongoing development of your product knowledge, brand awareness, and client base. You will be required to follow up on opportunities, manage accurate data, and convert quotations to sales orders. Additionally, you will assist with stock control and product management, consult with our team to manage orders and ensure on-time delivery of projects using project software, and assist management as needed.
Who We Are Looking For:
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in Studio and/or project administration. They possess strong project coordination and order processing skills and a results-oriented mindset. They have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail. They also possess problem-solving skills and can think under pressure. As a small team managing multiple projects, we are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and can build successful relationships. Computer skills, including experience in a CRM system, Microsoft Office products, and project management software, are also required.
