KEY RESPONSABILITIES
As a Studio Coordinator you will have an important role in the team with the management of submissions and office administration. There is the ability to work either full time or part time!
- General administration and office management duties
- Support Directors and Associates with submissions as required
- Develop, maintain and update practice profile
- Assist with filing and organisation
- Develop and implement all marketing strategies for the company in line with company objectives
- Generate and maintain calendar of awards entry information
- Manage all internal events
- Assist Directors / Associates with recruitment
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media
- Ideally you have a degree in architecture
- Experience in an administration / office management / support role
- Understanding of bids / submissions for an architectural practice
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Team worker and
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen (no sponsorships provided)
