SUB-CONTRACTOR - IT Field Technician

About us and this sub-contractor IT position ; 

We provide best in-class on-site field services. We do not have a web site, or much of an online presence simply because we work purely based off word of mouth and our excellent service reputation. By providing such an excellent service, this is how we have achieved our current level of success. A big part of that is having the best people to deliver that. You must already possess an ABN, understand what it means to be a sub-contractor before applying as this is a Sub-contractor based position. 

We are looking for technicians in the Bendigo, and surrounding areas. 

Qualifications & experience

• IT Qualification: Valid IT certifications or degrees with passing grades. IT Experience: Minimum two years. Customer Service: At least one year, two preferred. Verbal Communication: Must be excellent. Sales Skills: persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills essential. Attitude: Driven and positive.

Tasks & responsibilities

• maintenance of self service checkouts in a commercial setting  and other IT Based work.
• Routers/switches (Consumer grade)
• mobile devices  setup 
• There usually isn't any remote work based from home, but this can occur every once in a while.
• Maintain parts utilized on jobs, and job related administration on-site to “complete” jobs.
