About the Role
We are hiring 3x Sub-Regional Director positions and can be based at any of our 31 campuses Australia wide.
The Sub-Regional Director of Student Support at OneSchool Global Australia plays a pivotal role by providing strategic direction, framework, guidance, and feedback to a cluster of campuses regarding the Campus Student Support function.
This role is dedicated to fostering an informed and empowered team of Campus Principals who are accountable for their Campus Student Support personnel, policies, and procedures. The Sub-Regional Director ensures the consistent implementation of all aspects of the Student Support Handbook and Policy, and that campuses maintain sustainable and high-impact routines.
Additionally, this role oversees the compliance with Regional and Sub-Regional Support requirements at the allocated campuses within Australia, delivering timely review, reporting, feedback, guidance, and training as needed.
About You
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic leadership of Student Support.
- Experience in managing the administration of up-to-date records.
- Strong IT skills and understanding of how to harness innovative technologies in education
Desirable:
- Higher level qualification in Educational Leadership and Management.
- Experience leading Student Support strategy across multiple sites.
- Experience working in a variety of schools or with a broader range of professionals.
