The Role - Submissions Coordinator
JPW is looking for a Submissions Coordinator to join our studio. The Submissions Coordinator will assist the leadership team in strategically researching, planning for, and submitting project opportunities. This role will include the ongoing renewal and development of the library content for submissions, awards, and include digital communications.

Key areas of responsibility in this role include:
- Preparing high-quality submissions for Expression of Interest and Requests for Tender across a broad range of sectors in architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture.
- Interpret briefs to structure, identify and source collateral, engaging the studio knowledge and expertise as needed.
- Efficiently plan and work to deadlines.
- Liaise with studio leadership and external collaborators to coordinate content inputs and contributions as required.
- Use InDesign, Photoshop, Excel and Word to efficiently produce high-quality submissions.
- Continually work to improve and streamline the submission process.
- Develop resources including CVs, project sheets, database information, and image libraries.
- Monitor pipelines and support broader profile and communications initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
- A proven record of industry experience with the submissions process for all scale of tenders.
- A strategic understanding of the architectural sector to analyse a client brief or tender requirements and prepare response plans for submissions.
- Organised, cool under pressure and able to manage multiple simultaneous assignments.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills to work well with others and with a leadership team.
- High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Suite.
- Graphic design literacy and strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Skills in image editing
- Digital or Communications experience
