About the Role

As we continue to expand, we are on the hunt for an Submissions Coordinator, reporting to the Pre-Contracts Manager.

You will play a crucial role in supporting with the coordination of our bid submissions process across our projects. This role will see you have the opportunity to be mentored and developed within the team.

The key areas of responsibility for this role will include:

• Support with submission of tenders and bids, including coordinating input from relevant departments
• Assist in the preparation of content development and presentations
• Coordinating and tracking of tender opportunities
• Creating and formatting proposal and tender documentation
• Facilitating effective communication among internal teams and external partners
• Support and coordinate business development activities with Pre Contracts Manager
