We have an exciting opportunity for a leader to join our team at Australia’s largest coal export terminal in the heart of Newcastle. Port Waratah has been receiving, stockpiling, blending, and loading coal for export for over 40 years and pride ourselves on delivering a high- quality, reliable, and agile service for our customers. Reporting to the Maintenance Services Manager, you will be responsible for developing the maintenance outage plans in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders. You will lead a team of Maintenance Planners and Schedulers that collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective Maintenance Planning, scheduling, logistics and outage management. The role is also accountable for effective management of master data within the management system.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in leadership, planning and scheduling, maintenance management and business intelligence systems and tools. You will enjoy problem solving and collaborating with stakeholders to optimise planning and scheduling. Relevant experience in an industrial site is essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications, project management and logistics experience will be highly regarded.
