Supervisor

We are a proud third generation family-owned and operated business in the Southern Brisbane/Northern Gold Coast area. We are seeking experienced supervisors to manage our teams. The facility is a high-volume producer of premium agricultural products offering a variety of shifts to the right people. We presently have a few vacancies available, so if you want to use your experience to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• You will oversee the accuracy and efficiency of approximately 2-5 teams at a time. 
• Maintain and manage safety standards throughout the facility. Ensure team members are trained and effectively working towards targets. 
• Food safety awareness
• Facilitate the smooth running of the daily processes
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
• Fostering our standards of acceptance, diversity inclusion and respect are evident across your team.

The Successful Applicant will have:

• 2 years’ experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role – ideally food manufacturing.
• Initiative & ability to work within a team environment and be a role model to the team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with OH&S standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong listening skills to assess staff needs to help develop appropriate solutions.
• Organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime, evenings and/or weekends.
• Most importantly you will need to be reliable.
