The Opportunity
The functional role of Supervisor Administration Services focuses on the administration of councils small administration office and provision of ancillary support to the Senior Executive Officers, the Mayor and Councillors to enable the provision of excellent service delivery to the Council's customer base (internal and external). This is a very hands on role with support provided to other staff in a training capacity.
About You
The successful candidate for this role will ideally possess;
- Previous Administrative experience/s or discipline knowledge gained through experience, training or education.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills are applied for maintaining records (e.g. workshop servicing records, completing timesheets and other relevant documentation)
- Formal Qualifications in Administration or lesser formal qualifications with a combination of experience, expertise and competence sufficient to perform the duties required at this level
- Open “C” Class Driver’s Licence
