Practical experience in an Operations Lead role is highly advantageous, process driven with ability to deliver on business outcomes.You can demonstrate your ability to lead a team in delivering safe productivity, with a passion for coaching and developing personnel, and building a culture for your team to flourish. You are adaptable and able to coach your team to navigate a continuously changing environment to drive positive outcomes. You have highly developed problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis) as well as delivering Improvement Initiatives.
