Reporting directly to the Superintendent Trade Apprenticeships, the role is to supervisor and manage Apprentices/Trainees within Fortescue’s Apprenticeship Program. Key Responsibilities Conduct the day-to-day workplace supervision/management of Apprentices/Trainees Ongoing Apprentice/Trainee management through leave submission, PPE orders, remuneration reviews, Apprentice/Trainee intakes and onboarding, site training courses, disciplinary and performance management To liaise directly with Workplace Superintendents and Supervisors to provide information around required…
