The Role:
Due to substantial growth, we are seeking a dedicated Supervisor for the Melbourne Eastern Suburbs region. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and be supported to operate autonomously in a flexible work environment.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct property inspections, engage with clients, and prepare repair scopes and causation reports.
- Ensure all work meets legislative and WHS requirements.
- Oversee the full administration of the repair cycle.
- Participate in the emergency service supervisor roster.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals with:
- Trade Experience: Essential.
- Insurance Industry Experience: Preferred, but not mandatory.
- Preferred: Cert IV in Building & Construction.
- Knowledge of WHS and the BCA/NCC.
- Broad knowledge of domestic building construction and pricing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Current driver's license.
