We are looking for a talented Supervisor- Parts to join our team the Perth Workshop. Reporting to the operations manager, this is a residential position located in Perth.
This role is a key part of our parts department. As such you will be responsible for the following:

• Supervise and support the parts interpreters in the day to day running of the Parts Department
• Be the first point of escalation for issues in the parts department.
• Shadow the Parts Manager and step up as 2IC when the Parts Manager is away.
• Cover the parts counter when staff are way or on breaks.
• Provide training to parts teams within Perth and other branches.
• Assisting customers to accurately source parts in a timely manner
• Inventory control
• Manage core and credit returns.
• Manage and organise parts freight.
• Work with the service department, ensuring accurate allocation of parts.
• On call allowances plus call out fees
• To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Automotive Parts supervisor experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to manage external and internal key stake holders.
• Forklift Ticket desirable
• Personal commitment to HSE
• Team building approach.
