In this role you would be leading a small team of Verification Of Competency (VOC) Assessors to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate VOC requirements for employees who operate Vehicles and Plant. This is an exciting new position reporting directly to the Coordinator of Learning and Development.What you bring to your new roleThis role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to the safety of our people and community. The key selection criteria include:Relevant qualification or demonstrated knowledge in leadership;A valid and unrestricted HR Class driver's license with 2+ years’ experience;Relevant and current qualifications in Training and Assessment and Work Health Safety;Moderate to strong experience in Heavy Plant and Construction industry;The ability to communicate both professionally and casually;A strong level of commitment to your team and the operational needs of Local Government.For more information about this role, please view the attached position brief.
