Weu0027re seeking a Supervisor to oversee team performance, maintain productivity, and resolve challenges as they arise. As a Supervisor, you will report to site managers and superintendents and play a vital role in ensuring shutdown works are completed successfully.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with Project/Execution Managers and Site Services Teams during shutdown works to ensure objectives, scope, progress, and compliance are well-understood.
- Executing shutdown works to a high standard in Quality, Safety, and Environmental aspects, promoting Minprovise International Pty Ltd as a best-practice organization.
- Monitoring, controlling, reporting, and coordinating all aspects of shutdown works in line with identified KPIs or Project/Execution Manageru0027s directions.
- Maintaining Minprovise International Pty Ltd tooling and equipment to high standards, accounting for all equipment, and reporting any faults or issues.
- Ensuring that tools and equipment are adequately maintained and fit for purpose.
- Trade Qualified – Mechanical or Fabrication with equipment operation licenses
- 3 years relevant trade experience in mining, shutdown, or a related industry (Desirable).
- 3 yearsu0027 experience in the installation and commissioning of bulk material handling equipment (Desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in client liaison and site-based mobilization.
- Minimum 2 years of team leading or supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to drive compliance and maintain effective relationships.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
