As our Supply Chain Director for NZ you'll be vital in making this magic happen.
In this role you will be is responsible for delivering a world class, customer focused Supply Chain. As a member of the Lion New Zealand Leadership Team this role provides strategic leadership for the end-to-end Supply Chain in New Zealand, including manufacturing across multiple sites, new product development, supply and planning, and warehouse & distribution.
You will continue to grow the maturity of the NZ Supply Chain network and simplify the way we do business by continuing to eliminate process waste and optimise cost; while ensuring we maintain and improve our safety standards – everyone safe, every day.
To succeed in this role, you will be a commercially driven leader who has demonstrated ability to achieve business outcomes in complex and ambiguous environments. You will be able to demonstrate excellent influencing, communication and business partnering skills, coupled with experience driving large scale strategic transformation. You will bring your extensive Supply Chain knowledge and experience, combined with experience in running large, multi-site operations.
