You will develop and deliver enhanced experiences in how we work and engage with our supply chain to improve our supplier relationships that will deliver long term mutual benefit and ensure the full potential value of our supply chain is achieved.
What you’ll do
- Design a purpose-led strategic and operational, collaboration and engagement plan that delivers an improved, consistent and effective experience for our supply chain
- Develop an enhanced internal and cross functional relationship model with clear accountabilities
- Ownership and responsibility to identify and respond to key supply chain pain points and ensures relevant initiatives are in place to rectify, with appropriate engagement and communication delivered
- Co-ordinate an effective supply chain communication plan to keep suppliers informed and engaged
- Develop a supply chain narrative the promotes internal support of performance outcomes and initiatives that delivers enhanced mutual benefits
- Ownership of event and engagement planning to ensure appropriate relationships are fostered between the supply chain and the Home Claims leadership team
What you’ll bring
- Qualifications within one or more of the following professions: Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk, Data Analytics, Project Management or Trade experience
- Proven management experience, preferably within the insurance industry
- Demonstrated supply chain, procurement or vendor management experience
