Learn more about our business here.Capability Life Cycle Management (CLCM)The CLCM is integrated into the System Program Office (SPO) and contracted to deliver through-life asset management of Products being supported (PBS). The CLCM performs asset, sustainment and engineering functions to optimise availability and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and minimise risk through life of the PBS. The CLCM works collaboratively via the SPO with Regional Maintenance Centre’s (RMC) to plan maintenance activities and installation of capability upgrades. The CLCM works collaboratively via the SPO with the Design Services Contract (DSC) to plan and execute engineering changes and services. The CLCM delivers functions against the contract scope across the Asset Class Enterprise to support Defence Maritime Capability.The Opportunity:The Supply Chain Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and ongoing management of ACS Enterprise Supply Chain Assurance activities, including audits and risk assessments. The Supply Chain Assurance Coordinator will be required to monitor risk across the end-to-end ACS Supply Chain.Responsibilities:
- Accountable for leading and conducting Supply Chain Assurance activities, including Supplier risk assessments and audits (for the purpose of materiel assurance) and management of Enterprise Stakeholders.
- Supporting Suppliers and other stakeholders through performance monitoring and audit processes.
- Contribute to the identification of standardisation and optimisation initiatives.
- Contribute to Supply Chain risk management mitigation and monitoring.
- Ensure reporting is provided on time.
- Possess a relevant recognised tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain or similar, or demonstrate relevant professional experience.
- Requires 3+ years of relevant experience in:
- Risk Management.
- Procurement / Supply Chain Management.
- Expertise in computing (proficient in Word, Excel, MS Project and database maintenance and reporting)
- Demonstrated strength in written and oral communications (essential)
- Strong relationship skills and stakeholder management experience across all levels of an enterprise
- Must be eligible for ITAR clearance of relevant ship systems.
- Experience in a Defence or related technical industry.
- Diploma of Project Management or equivalent certifications.
- Experience working with ISO standards.
- Change management experience.
- Relationship management experience.
- Advanced Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
