Learn more about our business here.The Opportunity:Capability Life Cycle Management (CLCM): The CLCM is integrated into the System Program Office (SPO) to provide through-life asset management of Product being supported (PBS). The CLCM performs asset sustainment and engineering functions to achieve cost effective vessel through life Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The CLCM works collaboratively via the SPO with Regional Maintenace Centre’s (RMC) to quantify and acquit maintenance and with RMCs and/or other parties to deliver capability upgrades. Given the evolving nature of maritime assets as they mature during the capability life cycle, the role of the CLCM will likewise evolve to meet the changing requirements of the asset.Responsibilities:The Supply Chain Analyst provides analytical support to identify areas of focus for efficient operations and optimisation opportunities against the CLCM contract. The Supply Chain Analyst supports the Key Performance Indicator development, implementation, and governance, as well as maintains and assesses the supplier performance data integrity against contractual KPIs.The Supply Chain Analyst contributes to the identification of risks and issues by way of data analysis across the Supply Chain elements and supports AIC transfer opportunities and operational aspects of the Supply Chain management and supplier performance management.The Supply Chain Analyst supports sparing analysis associated with operation and sustainment of the ACS platforms and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and effective execution of Supply Chain activities.As the ideal candidate you will bring:Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management or related Business Administration stream
- Proven of 2 years’ at a minimum working experience in data driven insights (analytics) and/or process optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Proficiency with data analytical tools (proficient in Word, SQL, Excel, MS Project and database maintenance and reporting)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in Supply Chain management.
- Must be eligible for ITAR clearance of relevant ship systems.
- Experience in a Defence or related technical industry.
- Working knowledge of Defence systems (including but not limited to - MILIS, LNIDs, NAVALLOW, APLCRATES and AMPS).
