We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain, Logistics & Inventory CoOrdinator to join our friendly team in this broad role working closely with the CEO.
You’ll be the key person organising and managing the full Supply Chain end to process including supplier relationships, order placement, logistics and receiving, checking and controlling the inventory.

About this exciting role
In this role you’ll be responsible for the Supply Chain, Inventory & Warehouse Control for our business.
Specifically, you’ll:
- Coordinate the full end to end Inventory Supply process including planning and processing orders, preparing all related documentation to ensure smooth entry into Australia.
- Be responsible for managing our warehouse (located offsite with 3PL) and be the key point of contact and oversee stock management
- Coordinate the products onboarding and deletion process
- Coordinate inventory planning and logistics using excel to analyse products, lines, stock holdings and movement to reach our KPIs in inventory holdings.
- Manage the online presence of our products ensuring accurate information and software integrations.
- Manage Quality Control - coordinating the availability of spare parts ensuring packing is optimal and problem solving any product issues in a timely manner
- Supporting the management of supplier relationships including reviewing product and packaging requirements, organising shipping paperwork, monitoring supplier performance, pricing and proposals as required.
- Supporting the sales side of the business through preparing new stock for showroom display
- Supporting the organisation of gift fairs and mobile displays by coordinating inventory and attending for set up/ set down purposes.
More about YOU
You have 5+ years of inventory, Supply Chain, logistics and/or buying experience within a wholesale business.
You have:
- Excellent organisational skills having previously worked in a broad inventory & logistics role in a wholesale business spanning the entire Supply Chain.
- Strong technology skills including confident in learning and finding new systems to drive efficiencies
- Experience with Microsoft Office, excellent excel skills and previous experience with inventory management systems (bonus if you’ve used MYOB)
- Experience working within a small team environment and enjoy rolling up your sleeves, solving problems and helping others across the business.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills and are very analytically minded.
- You enjoy producing reports and looking for ways to improve processes
- An extremely high attention to detail and ticking things off your list!
