DuluxGroup is made up of six core business areas comprising of 50 well recognised brands, from Yates, Selleys and Cabots plus many more. As part of the graduate program, you will rotate within your stream across these brands and business areas.

Hiring Criteria

We’re interested in people with diverse experience, from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about building a career with DuluxGroup. This means we’re looking for people who have:

  • Completed a degree within the last two years (or due to complete before Feb 2024).
  • An interest in stepping into an accelerated leadership program.
  • A focus on their career and the future, with a passion for gaining diverse work experience.
  • A drive to understand the “why” and “how”.
  • Flexibility to move interstate during the program.

Work Requirements

  • Full Australian or New Zealand Working rights. We will consider Graduate Visas, but it will need to be valid for a minimum of three years
  • To complete your application, a CV and Academic Transcript will be required.
