To provide management of one of the key divisions of the TMS Supply Chain: Products Warehouse, Spares Warehouse, Repair Centre & Spares Planning.

About the role

• Manage a Supply Chain division to ensure that all processes, procedures and customer requirements are met.
• Management of Transport and Shipping. Ensure that all Company obligations are carried out to meet the various legal and licensing requirements and that the Company obtains maximum benefit from a corporate transport strategy.
• Management of Inventory and Distribution. Ensure the cost-effective security and distribution of customer product.
• SLA Administration. Ensure that all SLA's with Fujitsu BU's and Projects are regularly reviewed and updated where necessary.
• Complete all necessary documentation and database updates associated with the job function in a timely and accurate manner.
• Quality Management. Ensure compliance with the requirements of Fujitsu Australia's Quality Management guidelines.
• Environmental Awareness Comply with the philosophy, principles, and guidelines of Fujitsu Australia's Environmental Policy)

About you

• A minimum of HSC.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics and/or Computing would be beneficial.
• Some experience in a Customer Support role would be an advantage.
• Strong warehousing experience and/or an understanding of processes used to maintain accuracy and accountability of stock.
• A Good understanding of Microsoft products; SAP and other ERP systems.
• Experience in an IT environment would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proven experience in Cost Centre management, negotiation, and industrial relations.
• Experience in national freight management and contract negotiations.
• Leadership skills to manage and mentor direct reports.
• Experience with stock Import and Export

KPI's

• All processes and procedures are followed by staff.
• All Customer requests and requirements are met.
• No legal or licensing requirements are breached.
• Transport and shipping costs meet, or are less than, budgeted levels.
• Security and distribution costs meet, or are less than, budgeted levels.
• All SLA's are reviewed regularly and are up to date.
• All SLA requirements are met.
• Documentation completed without error.
• Orders updated in database without error.
• Nil rework required.
• Good understanding of the FAL Environmental Policy.

Mandatory Experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Supply Chain management role
