Responsibilities
- Own the demand & supply planning process
- Optimise product availability within budgeted inventory targets through effective end-to-end management of the Supply Chain.
- Review forecast accuracy and align with cash flow.
- Cooperate with suppliers & customers to ensure an efficient and effective Supply Chain
- Management of each 3PL used by H2
- Own DIFOT with major customers
- Manage and authorise all export transactions
- Undertake continuous improvements in logistics processes and systems
- Create report structures, reporting frameworks & templates
- Provide analyses of performance, including sales analysis, promotional plan & forecast accuracy and 3PL performance
- Develop & maintain advanced (Google Sheets) models & tools to aid critical decision-making & strategy development
- Create business processes that help to align activities with the strategic objectives of the company
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Advanced modelling and Excel capability
- 5+ years of Supply Chain planning experience in operations, retail, consulting and/or finance, with a history of owning/driving results
- Methodical, organised, proactive, structured and process-driven Supply Chain professional
- Able to effectively influence and develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and modelling, problem-solving, and communicating recommendations
- High level of consultative, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
- Natural problem solver & analytical thinker
- Google Sheets and Excel experience preferred
- SQL database or similar experience
- Excellent communication skills. Including writing & presentations.
