Supply Chain Manager

Working closely with our Head of Operations and Warehouse team, this is a perfect opportunity for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment supporting the daily warehouse operations ensuring effective inventory management and cultivating supplier relationships.Key responsibilities:- Work with the Head of Operations to develop and implement strategies to optimise the Supply Chain, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external emails & phone calls and provide exceptional customer service and support to all of our partners/clients and suppliers
- Maintain accurate data through effective system management, generate reports, and present results to senior leadership team.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers & shippers, occasionally working irregular hours to align with their time zones.
- Enforce quality control standards to ensure that all outgoing products meet specifications and customer expectations. Implement measures to address any quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- When required, pick, pack & despatch client orders
- Ensure weekly SKU checks are conducted, and annual stocktake activity is completed
- Ensure stock is in expiry date order, tidy & orderly. Overflow stock is labelled and kept in the flow.
- Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency and space utilisation. Implement best practices for warehouse organization.Skills & Experience:- 2 -4 year's experience logistics/warehouse environment
- Forklift license desirable
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management & organizational skills
- Ability to work & make decisions in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously & multi-task in a team environment to deliver the highest standard of customer service
