Supply Chain Manager, this ANZ
Supply Chain Supervisor manages a team of two direct reports and is responsible for optimizing the
Supply Chain to ensure that products are delivered to stores on time and high-quality manner while minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:- Manage, mentor and coach a team of two Supply Chain Coordinators
- Provide advice and guidance for solution to day-to-day Supply Chain issues
- Central point of contact for queries from stores and distribution centers providing high quality customer service
- Ensure bill of materials data is accurately captured within the system and kept up to date
- Manage specific food related vendors providing supplier performance and relationship management activities
- Run tender processes for food products and other related procurement activities as required
- Lead Supply Chain activities and coordination of product campaign launches sat as part of key project teams
- Implement new pricing and inventories into the system as communicated by the Purchasing Manager
- Coordinate and resolve issues between Suppliers, Warehouses and Stores
- Work with the finance team to validate and complete the payment and processing of regional freight invoices
- Analyze and interpret Supply Chain data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements
- Manage 3rd party logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery
- Consider new approaches to workflow and put forward recommendations to the business
- Effectively collect and communicate key Supply Chain insights to internal stakeholders at all levels
- Working with the Franchise community to uncover areas of improvement and implementation
Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment. You will have seen success within your previous positions because of your strong attention to detail skills as well as your ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience within a complex Supply Chain or Logistics role
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes
- Excellent leadership skills and previous experience managing direct reports
- Food, FMCG, manufacturing industry experience is essential
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Team player with good relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
