This role is pivotal as it will support a major client based in Melbourne who specializes in the production and supply of alternative medicine. Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Implementation: Lead and oversee the implementation of Supply Chain Systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of various Supply Chain functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with the client in Melbourne, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored Supply Chain solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain processes.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end Supply Chain project lifecycle, from planning to execution and monitoring.
- Training and Support: Train and support client staff on new systems and processes, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Experience: Extensive experience as a Supply Chain SME with a strong background in systems implementation.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of different Supply Chain functions and their interdependencies.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
