We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Business Systems and Process Manager to join our team and lead the change in our Supply Chain management strategies
Day to Day:
As the Supply Chain Business Systems and Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our Supply Chain operations and maximising efficiencies across the business.
Systems Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of Supply Chain management systems, (WMS) ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Supply Chain, from procurement to distribution, and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Data Analysis: Utilise data analytics tools to gather insights into Supply Chain performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Distribution Centres, Retail Operations, Merchandise Planning, logistics, and inventory management, to align Supply Chain processes with overall business objectives.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks within the Supply Chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Supply Chain department, encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
What you can bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in Supply Chain management, with a focus on Business Systems and process optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
