As an IT Systems Analyst in Transport at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure your IT remit for the warehouse operations run smoothly. - IT Key account portfolio management
- Implementation and support of DHL Supply Chain IT solutions & change
- Utilise project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Act as SME in requirements gathering & solutions design using sector specific skills/tools
- Manage customer relationships, expectations & communications for the IT component of projects & change
- Provide timely and effective support to resolve IT system issues
- Partner with the IT Support team to correct errors in source data
- Central IT customer point of contact for assigned projects
You have the following qualities & qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary degree (Bachelor level or equivalent)
- 2+ years TMS (ideally OTM) configuration and/or support
- Experience in delivering IT solutions to external customers
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a project environment
- System Design with Industry product and/or application knowledge in Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution
- Excellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills
- Dedication to delivery, quality outcomes and team participation
- Experience in TMS, Integration, SQL & Microsoft Office
