Bethesda Health Care, with an enviable reputation for personalised and high-quality patient care, is seeking applications from motivated supply personnel to join our small but efficient Supply team.
Reporting to the Supply Manager, the Supply Officer is responsible for replenishing imprest stock, processing internal inventory requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring the warehouse is neat and tidy, stock levels are accurate, and managing vendor delivery needs.
About You
You will be a highly organised and process-focused individual with previous experience in a supply role, enabling you to succeed in this role.
Essential
- Ability to demonstrate and work within the Bethesda Health Care Values at all times
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience working in warehousing or logistics with medical and hospital supplies, equipment and supply processes and requirements
- Proficient computer skills in inventory management systems
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Proven time management skills, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Determining and exceeding customer expectations
- Building and sustaining relationships with colleagues and customers
- Current police check (no more than six months old)
- Full working rights in Australia
