We are establishing an appointment pool for vacancies that arise up to 6 months from the first appointment.
Appointments may be made on a full-time, part-time, casual, permanent or fixed-term contract basis with possible further term and and/or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be placed in the appointment pool from which opportunities may be offered as vacancies arise up to 6 months from first appointment.
About the role
This position operates as a first point of contact for technology, telecommunications and Information Services enquiries.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service within a technology, telecommunications and information Service Desk.
You will also have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to liaise and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Furthermore, you will have demonstrated ability to implement the requirements of a legislative and policy framework and proven experience delivering outcomes, while undertaking similar responsibilities commensurate with identified role requirements.
