  Reporting to the Supply Supervisor, the Supply Officer is responsible for providing a safe and efficient warehousing service to all customers as required.

Duties Include

• Receive incoming freight deliveries against incoming documentation for accuracy and cargo transit damage and report discrepancies.
• Ensure that inventory items are stored, binned and secured in the correct storage location, and update bin location changes upon receipt.
• Process receipts data input in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate general warehouse materials handling equipment to move, store and issue inventory.
• Perform physical cyclic stocktaking at all warehouse and laydown locations and investigate variances.

• Current "C" class driver’s licence
• Current forklift license
• Exposure to and understanding of SAP
• Previous stores and warehousing experience in a Mining, Construction or Heavy Earthmoving Industry
• Proficient computer skills (particularly with Microsoft Office suite)
• Strong communication skills
