Permanent part-time opportunity for a Supply Officer to join our team! Offering 45 hours / fortnight, this role values your work life balance.
About the Role
The Supply department procures and manages the delivery of a wide range of clinical and non-clinical consumables, equipment, and capital items across the Hospital.
The successful person will be responsible for picking and packing orders, unpacking stock, the delivery of supplies, and much more. Overall, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient supply service for the Hospital.

About You
- To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- You will have a strong team focus and the ability to be flexible with shifts.
You will also demonstrate:
- Experience in working in a service focused, busy supply environment
- Previous experience in hospital supply desired
- Proven ability to successfully undertake complex tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Experience with SAP and RF Scanners (desirable)
- Sound computer skills (experiencing using MS Office programs)

About Our Hospital
Our 60-bed hospital provides a comprehensive range of surgical and medical services to the Bayside community and beyond. We have three operating theatres, procedure room, day surgery unit and a high dependency unit. We are owned by Ramsay Health Care, Australia’s largest and most respected operator of private hospitals.
