Supply Planner- Your future position?
This role is responsible for timely and cost-efficient planning, scheduling finished goods manufactured in the facility to achieve overall customer orders and maintain KPI targets (PIR/golden rules/best practices, SLOB, etc.). Using SAP the planner determines the timing and quantity of materials needed to meet customer orders whilst maximising production efficiency.
In this exciting role you will be responsible for:
- Plan and coordinate production orders to maximise material and capacity availability whilst meeting customer orders
- Provide production team with achievable production plan on weekly basis
- Analyze resource availability and develop an efficient production plan
- Create Production schedule and production orders and release it to production on daily basis.
- Reschedule production in the event resource shortage/interruption or capcity constraints
- Identify and resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to ensure an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards.
- Ensure customer (internal and external) response on time managing realistic daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability (MRP).
- Review raw material and resale demands, create purchase requisition and release purchase orders as required, ensuring an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards
- Ensure planning team and customer service team are aligned with ordering dates and any related other issues
- Communication with all stakeholders involved in order to resolve issues
- Identify and Implement Opportunities for Improvement
- Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and global affiliates as required.
- Achieve and maintain service level targets considering good practices
- Provide team support for other members of team as required
- Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment).
- Manage Packaging Supply, create and release purchase orders, track the orders.

Your professional profile includes:
- 4+ years experience in similar positions within a food or FMCG industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, and others
- At least 5 years of materials planning experience in a food or FMCG environment
- Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI/BO,etc)
- Good excel, word and intermediate PowerPoint knowledge
- Planning
- Language skills: English - Fluent
