As a Supply Planning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring inventory across warehouse locations are in line with operating budgets and service expectations.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Managing deleted, aged, and dormant stock levels in warehouses across the network.
- Rebalancing inventory across warehouse locations inline with operating budgets and service expectations.
- Supporting new and relocation store activities to agreed timelines.
- Reviewing and distributing weekly reporting.
- Leading business discussions on the management of SKU’s clearance to reduce back orders and customer dissatisfaction.
- Reviewing internal transfers, liaising with Transport Team, DC’s and Stores to ensure all inventory movements are correctly entered into the system.
- Monitoring, reporting, and coordinating corrective actions on internal transfer discrepancies.
- Providing approvals and broader communication of re-routing B2C activities.
- Reviewing and updating relevant SOP’s / WI’s in relation to tasks.
- Being across all new product launches and ensuring the team are provided with timely feedback and action plans within agreed SLA’s.
- Leading the safety across the supply chain through safe work behaviors and approaches at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Strength in interpreting and analyzing data.
