Envision Disability Services Pty Ltd currently has a vacancy for a Full Time Experienced Support Coordinator who is flexible, participant focused and committed to providing high-quality support. We are looking for special people that get reward from the knowledge that they have provided individual guidance whilst ensuring participant choice and control.
Salary negotiable dependent on knowledge and experience.
These positions will suit people who:
- Have sound knowledge of the NDIS and a minimum 3 years of support coordination experience.
- Are passionate about supporting individuals to realise their full potential and are enthusiastic about supporting people with disabilities to live the lives they choose.
- Have excellent people skills and the ability to proactively develop networks and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Are able to maintain up-to-date and accurate case management notes and comprehensive reports for NDIS reviews and billing.
- Are passionate about empowering and supporting the individual needs of our participants.
- Are committed to professional conduct including honesty, reliability, integrity, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
- Have a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.
- Have effective time management, caseload management, and problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to work effectively with participants to coordinate, implement and maximise their NDIS plan goals, whilst managing outcomes and expenditure.
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Are prepared to work within Envision Disability Services’ policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Can-do positive attitude.
- Critical thinking.
- Non-judgemental.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Up to date Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
- Queensland driver’s licence.
- Own vehicle with comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- NDIS Worker Modules (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
