Your new role
In this role, you will provide both on-site and remote support services to the internal users, including C-level executives. You will assist in managing incidents and service requests through to resolution, escalation and closure communication with relevant support teams as required. You will also support the infrastructure and projects teams when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing IT support, smooth IT business operation and interacting with end users
- Manage and maintain the office network, equipment and IT Security Systems
- Assist with technology issues in meeting rooms by providing on-site support and incident management for meeting room AV equipment, including Zoom
- Provide exemplary customer service while troubleshooting issues according to SLA guidelines
- Resolve support tickets and escalate when necessary
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process
- Support various roles in the company, business executives
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in similar IT Support roles
- Proven experience providing Level 2 IT support, facilitating the resolution of escalated issues, promoting collaborative relationships, and having an ability to accurately identify and raise emerging issues
- Working knowledge of IT Service Management Processes, focusing on incident management and Service request fulfilment
- Demonstrated experience supporting users in a Windows environment using the Microsoft 365 suite
- Recent practical experience in IT field support and escalation management
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft MDM\Intune administration
- Knowledge & experience within IT infrastructure services, in particular the operation and support realms
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience of building relationships with key stakeholders
