This role is crucial in ensuring the ongoing delivery of condition-monitoring services to our valued client sites across the Bowen Basin.
Join our close-knit team in Paget and embrace the variety and flexibility this role has to offer. Each day brings new challenges.
You'll travel between sites, spending on average 3 days on-site and 2 in the office. We've got a carpool arrangement for your travels. Plus, enjoy the flexibility of varying weekly schedules and the opportunity for overtime if desired.
Succeeding in this role means enjoying independent work, staying self-motivated, and completing tasks on your own. Your effective communication skills will help build positive relationships both internally and on-site.
Primary Duties:
Perform Condition Monitoring and Lubrication functions.
Conduct equipment monitoring, lubrication, inspections, vibration, and thermography testing and analysis for operational sites.
Offer support, advice, and recommendations for identified equipment issues at operational sites.
Identify and improve Condition Monitoring and Lubrication processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Involvement in failure investigations and root cause analysis as needed.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Can work well both independently and in a team environment.
