The AFG Partnership Management team in NSW is seeking a proactive and competent service-focused Partnership Support Manager to assist with a portfolio of Mortgage Brokers in their day to day requirements.
You will develop strong, long-lasting relationships with our small business owners, finance brokers and other industry partners, to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive strategic initiatives. You will also:
- Assist the Partnership Manager by handling incoming correspondence, setting up group training sessions and material and arranging appointments as needed.
- Liaise with the Partnership Manager and other sales staff in your state team, keeping them informed and up to date with all information affecting their portfolio.
- Liaising and assisting other AFG teams to ensure successful outcomes for your portfolio of brokers.
- Providing outstanding customer experiences across your portfolio.
- Assisting with the performance of Broker portfolios, with sales and growth targets covering Residential, Commercial/AFG Business, Leasing/AFG Asset Finance and Personal Loans.
- Work with the Mortgage Brokers to establish relationships with all AFG support services available to them.
- Actively promote AFG products to brokers to help grow these volumes within your portfolio.
- Assist in the development and delivery of professional development and education sessions and business/industry training.
- Attend and represent AFG at industry functions as needed.

- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis, resolve issues as they arise and offer quality service and support to our brokers.
- Be a creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Have excellent planning and time management skills.
- A positive “Can do” attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Be able to work independently and, at the same time, be a team player.
- Experience in the brokerage/finance industry is not essential but would be highly regarded.
