About the role
As the Support Officer – Client Engagement you will ensure that clients receive a professional and efficient service that meets their nutritional and community support needs. Assist in the effective delivery of the Meals on Wheels program across the ACT.
What you will bring
- Working knowledge and relevant experience with relevant Food Safety regulations and requirements.
- Working knowledge and relevant experience in working within organisational policies and contractual requirements relevant to the community services sector
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills including with people from a wide range of backgrounds
- Sound knowledge and proficiency in use of software applications including databases and Microsoft suite of programs
- A Working With Vulnerable People Check is required along with some manual handling requirements

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award – Level 3. Salary from $71,155.76 FTE + superannuation + salary packaging.
