We are looking for a Support ProfessionalTeam Leader with experience in Complex Behaviour Support to lead our team and provide the best service for our participant in their home.
Our dedicated Support Professionals play a vital role in providing compassionate care, ensuring the well-being of individuals with disabilities. They actively support clients during their daily activities, accompany them to important appointments, and serve as mentors. If you possess a genuine passion for empowering individuals with disabilities and assisting families in their journey towards the well-being and independence of their loved ones, we warmly encourage you to submit your application.

Desired Skills and Experience
- You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide calm responses to a range of emotional behaviours

- High Intensity Support is highly desirable
- You will also need NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card, current first aid and CPR, a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- RN/EN qualification desired
