The role of the Information Services (IS) Applications Support Team Leader is to provide leadership and support for the organisation’s cloud-based application suite and enterprise applications. The role holder will lead the implementation of support and training within Toowoomba Catholic Schools to ensure timely, efficient, and confident use of modern information technology solutions.

• tertiary qualification in Information Technology
• minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role
• demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 and other cloud-based SaaS applications
• demonstrated experience in stakeholder liaison, problem-solving, and business process mapping
• demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of support staff in the delivery of software training and support
• demonstrated experience in effectively coordinating, monitoring and supporting application service delivery
• demonstrated experience in taking ownership of Level 3 incidents including those escalated to vendors
• demonstrated experience developing digital learning content, documents and guides
• strong dedication to customer service
• excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with an ability to negotiate and influence
• effective relationship building and influencing skills
• a current class C driver licence and the willingness to travel, as required
• a current blue card for working with children issued by Blue Card Services, or the willingness and ability to obtain one prior to commencement

Candidates with proven experience working in the Education sector with certification in ITIL service delivery management or similar will be highly regarded.
