Job description

Supporting our clients and support workers on a daily basis, with scheduling and rostering.

What you’ll be doing in this role

Supporting and connecting our community care clients and support workers, enabling our clients to live independently in their homes. This is a full-time permanent opportunity and is based at our Port Macquarie office. We are looking for people with Aged Care community experience.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls servicing enquiries
  • Scheduling of clients and Support Workers
  • Managing and negotiating on any roster schedule changes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating continuously with a range of internal and external stakeholders


Who we’re looking for

  • Experience using Alayacare (not essential) or other rostering / scheduling systems.
  • Exceptional team player
  • Aged Care experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create, manage and maintain strong relationships
